Hello Committee Members,
I hope you’re all having an amazing summer! It’s hard to believe we’re already into August, and the heat is still holding on!
Below are the meeting dates for our 2026/2027 season.
As we look ahead to the upcoming season, I’d also like to ask everyone to start thinking about individuals who would be a great addition to our committee in the various positions. We are looking to grow our team, especially as we prepare for the 2027 event. If you know someone who would be a great fit, please keep them in mind and bring their name and information to our first meeting so we can discuss potential opportunities.

Please note that CDC will not be able to accommodate our 2027 meetings due to organizational restructuring. We will therefore hold our 2027 meetings at City Hall.
January–May: City Hall – Executive Boardroom
